Very close to RTP, UNC, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham. The washer and dryer make this location ideal for long-term stays. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, allowing extra parking, space and privacy for some noise. Dogs are ok, but cats require a refundable deposit.
